What Causes Diarrhea, Sore Throat, Chest Pain And Congestion?

My symptoms started on Wednesday night with a bad case if diahreah, that kept me up most of the night. That has subsided but woke up Friday morning with sore throat and then this morning with my chest hurting and chest congestion. I never had a fever until this morning and it was 99.1 and my chest isn't as sore as it was this morning but I'm still hacking up clear phlegm. My wife tested me yesterday for strep and flu and both came back negative. What could this be and how can I speed up my recovery? I travel a lot for work and have to be on a plane tomorrow at 6 am
