What Causes Diarrhea, Stomach Bloating, Fever And Vomiting?

I ve been having diarrhea upset stomach bloated fever and chills water was just coming out yesterday it lasted about 10 hour.during after midnight it started to settle a bit I was going washroom every half hour.Also i only vomit four times just little bit water coming out. this morning when I woke up I lost my voice I couldn t talk I felt weak aching bones feeling chills and I haven t eat since two days ago just drinking little bit of water.
