What Causes Diarrhea, Vertigo, Fatigue, Numbness In Face And Cold Clammy Feet?

My husband had diarrhea on Thursday, Vertigo on Thursday night. He has gotten worse since then. Fatigue, weakness, numbness in his face, cold clammy feet, tingling in his extremities, burning in his chest, with some heaviness. He saw his PCP today she chalked it up to Anxiety. Symptoms seem to be getting worse. He cannot walk very far without getting exhausted. Should I take him to the ER or wait for the bloodwork from today come back and just wait it out. He has HBP and Diabetes Type II. Tekturna, Metformin, Amlodipine, Torpol XL.
