What Causes Diarrhea, Vomiting After Periods?

i had a menstrual for the month of january, not february but it came on march which is normal for me. on the las day of my cycle i thought i had food poisoning. diarrhea and vomitting that day. the next day i was fine, but today i felt queasy and puked as well as pooped twice once solid and again diarrhea. i took a home pt about two weeks ago it was negative. PLEASE HELP
