What Causes Diarrhea, Vomiting And Blood In Stool Post Dental Procedure?

I had dental surgery on 1/8 which consisted of an extraction and bone graft. I went in on 1/17 to get the stitches out and they told me I had an bacterial infection. Friday night 1/16 I started vomiting, then Sunday I started having diarrhea which I still have. When I woke up on Monday 1/19 my armpits we're swollen and they hurt. This is still happening, then today I went to the restroom and there was blood when I wiped and my feces are DARK green almost black looking. I'm wondering if the infection could have spread and is effecting other areas of my body.
