What Causes Diarrhea,green Vomiting And Nausea During Pregnancy?

Hi Im 15 weeks pregnant and am having some stomache issues. The prior past two days I had runny stools but no other symptoms then early today I woke up having to puke and puked green and it smelt like what I had ate a maybe 8 hours prior. Now for the rest of the day the only thing Ive been able to eat is a handful of crackers, couldn't even stomach chicken soup. Havent puked again but everytime I try to eat my nausea gets worse and its maintained being there the whole day. I also haven't had any bowel movements today which is a major change from the past few days. Ive read that green puke can signal intestinal blockage and to talk to a Dr but have also read that certain types of prenatals can color vomit so I don't know what to believe. Also I don't know if related but my neck/shoulder muscles started being abnormally tight and tense starting last night before bed and are only getting worse despite treating with hot and cold.
