What Causes Diarrhea,tiredness And Nausea After Unprotected Sex?

I was fertile between the 11th to the 14th or 15th...I had unprotected sex three times, now I'm : bloated, gassy, tired, cramps, diarrhea, sore nipples, and pain if i lay on my left side or stomach without sharp cramps, and food i liked makes me nauseous. I dont know what that means
