What Causes Diarrhoea Along With Fever And Chills?

This past Sunday I had excessive diarrhea followed by on and off fever, chills, excessive nausea throughout the week. On Wednesday, I attempted to eat something besides saltines and water and immediately the diarrhea started again. Fever on Thursday and migraine on Friday. Since this started I have non stop gas and burping that seems to get worse when I eat. I have tried tums and Mylanta, gives me relief but does not stop the gas.
