What Causes Diarrhoea And Vomiting Of Blood Along With Headache?

Hello my husband went to a near hospital and due to the fact that he has been throwing up and has diareahh and has severe headaches, he also coughs blood every morning. The doctors at the hospital said he was fine now hes going crazy with this headache what can he do?
