What Causes Diarrhoea And Vomiting While Suffering With Celiac Disease?

I have celiac disease and had a bowel obstrucion the hospital called an illeus a few months ago, about seven years following my celiac diagnosis. I have had diarrhea off and on due to celiac disease, however I have had severe nausea along with diarreah for a week. I wander if the nausea and vomiting is a side effect of the Celiac Disease, or if I have a new health condition?
