What Causes Difference In Size Of Both Testicles?

My left testicle and right testicle aren t the same the right is just the ball and the left is a ball with like tissue above it but that tissue is quite wide. I got hit really hard by a ball in the balls as a kid. Oh and I could ejaculate before and now i cant
