What Causes Difficulty During Urination While On Treatment For Fatty Liver?

My mother age 61 yrs suffering fromm grade 3 fatty liver problem. she had lapcoly surgery 1 year back and now taking medicine for BP(olmy D 20), Gas(somprazol), and Dompandine tablet. Last few days she she having problem while go for urine ( i mean urine almost. stopped). Kindly suggest medicine for that.
