What Causes Difficulty In Bowel Movement Post Vaginal Hysterectomy?

i had a vaginal hystorectomy in 2009 i was having problems with levator ani dysfunction, thought i had a fistula and still do don t know if this is levator ani dysfunction or blockage of bowels which she checked right after hystorectomy like something happened on right side. 5 yeqrs later still no answer beside levator ani dysfunction where do i go for more tests nand which ones do i need had ct but bowels are not working right colon doc says take milk of magnesia but it takes me a week of total bowel evacuation kit to get bowels flowing and then blocks back up. bowels are like a round bowl of mucous when they come out i know i have a fistula but they cant find it
