What Causes Difficulty In Breathing Along With Traces Of Blood Through Nasal Clearing?

I would like to know what's wrong with my both nostrils as at times I find difficulty in breathing through my nose. At first whenever I cleared my nose, I can see the discharge with traces of blood. This went on for a number of months and now I'm having block nose. Please advise as to what should I do.
