What Causes Difficulty In Breathing And Bruise On The Ribs?

Hi, I feel on my side on ice this morning and now I have a bruise on one of my ribs. Its hard for me to breathe and my breastbone hurts. It is very hard for me to move my arms or get up. My breastbone also hurts and it feels like I'm not breathing out of one of my ribs. Does this mean I fractured/ broke a rib? Or do you think it's just bruised? Thanks.
