What Causes Difficulty In Breathing Through Nose And Tingling Sensation In Hands?

hi i have this problem with breathing, sometimes i don t breath and i have to consciously breath , i have a harder time breathing with my nose than with my mouth , and i get tingling sensations in my body from time to time with my back and hands, and also i suffer an extreme anxiety for no reason, i have palpitations and wake up every night , when i go in a room that doesn t have a lot of space i start to hyperventilate and have tingling sensations in my body which i am very worried about. can i have possible
