What Causes Difficulty In Breathing Through The Nose?

okay so for a month i've had drainage now stop. I couldn't breathe through my nose at all. My throat swelled up and was as hard as a rock then I'd lose my voice to where I could not sigh or make a noise. Then the swelling would go away and I will have a headache and feel very weak, now the headaches are gone but my left ear is clogged and hurts really bad. I can't hear out of my left ear.
