What Causes Difficulty In Breathing While On Durezol Drops Post Cataract Surgery?

I am a Stage 4 cirrhosis patient and I just had cataract surgery. I have been taking durezol eye drops post surgery for swelling. I have looked for ill effects on line and I don't see any - but I am having difficulty breathing and my abdomen is swollen like crazy. I have extreme fatigue. The last time I had cataract surgery I took them and I wound up in the hospital with my lung sac swollen with fluid and that's when they discovered I had cirrhosis. That was 2 years ago. At that time - I had recently also been in a steroid for what was falsely diagnosed as pneumonia
