What Causes Difficulty In Breathing?

Doctor,after taking some malaria/typhoid injection ,the reaction was much that i heard some breathing difficulty and can no longer breath normally,i roll on my bed for several minutes and lying down flat seems to disturb my breathing the more.i had to lied against the wall sitting down 2 sleep,what can i do?
