What Causes Difficulty In Conceiving With History Of Having A Miscarriage?

Hello doctor I m 27 years I had one miscarige before a year now I m trying to get pregnent Bt every month got nothing I had clofert continusely 4 months Bt still getting Nthng nw my doctor suggest me to go with ovulation studies and I did scan on 10th day of my periods nd the reports was as endromaterial thickness 7mm, right ovary follicle tiny small , left ovary follicle 16*10mm ,pod clear and on 12th day endromaterial thickness 7.2mm right ovary follicle same as on day 10th nd left ovary follicle 17*12mm pod clear is this report is normal?
