Good evening sir,I am from saudi.sir 2 years back I got married. After marriage I spend with my wife only 23 days and that time we are not worried about children.then I back to saudi. After one and half year I got 2 month vacation but still she is not get pregnant. Sir I need to take any treatment if it is what is the next step
