What Causes Difficulty In Conceiving?

Hi..Am 26 years old..married 4 years completed..am trying to get pregnant since 3 years but no luck..i went to doctor and he is suggested me to take folic acid and metformin

daily morning and night..my cycle is 32 days.last month period was 2nd..so am taking tablets from my 2nd day of period..and i did tests for thyroid and all hormons.everything is normal.my hysteroscopy is subseptate utreus is any problem for getting pregnency..plz answer me..
