What Causes Difficulty In Getting Pregnancy In Women With PCODs?

HI Doctor, Im married 7 months and we are planning for pregnancy. I have thyroid and pcod. I Have irregular periods.i was on Diane 35 for 2 months and then siphene from 2nd day of my period. Got negative results. Again started siphene on day2 for 5 days and progestrone from day 15. Can I be pregnant? We are desperately waiting for kids. Please help. Thanks, Sonali
