What Causes Difficulty In Getting Pregnancy In Women With Fibroids In Uterus?

I am 38 yr. old. My spouse have struggled to become pregnant for more than 10 years. I had surgery to remove my fibroid, but the fibroid had come back and is 10 cm. I have lupus SLE and take meds for it. My menstrual cycle are becoming shorter and I was worried because we desire to become parents. I seen specialist, but I am not getting anywhere with a breakthrough. I truly am in need of help because this is taking its toll on me. V/R, Sharon
