What Causes Difficulty In Getting Pregnancy In Women With Irregular Periods?

Hi, i am 23 years married women i never been pregnent till now in my 2 years of married life, now i have irregular periods from 3 months, dr suggest me to take femilon. Before this i was taking my pill tablets. Please tell me right suggetion. I want to be pregnent also.
