What Causes Difficulty In Getting Pregnant Despite Having Treatment For PCOD?

Hello, I am 25 years old and I have a PCOD problem for the past 4 years and last year I got married and I was advised to take ovulation and progestron rich tablets..I am trying to conceive for the past 7 months and I am doing intercouse on proper dates but still i am not conceived....Is there anything I cant conceive bec of PCOD though I take ovulation and progestron tablets?
