What Causes Difficulty In Penetration?

Hi , we are married for 1 year, my husband is around 41/2 to 5 inches when errect. We have not had proper relation until now. My husband can enter only his head part to mine and after that it is not entering, what could be the reason.I dont know whether it is my problem or his problem.
