What Causes Difficulty In Sitting Or Standing And Pain While Coughing?

I noticed about a week ago that it was uncomfortable and even painful to sit down or stand up from sitting or cough. Sometimes I feel the uncomfortable feeling almost like before my menstrual cycle but in the wrong area. I also just had my 2nd csection baby 6 months ago. Is this reason to worry?
