What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing Along With Intermittent Ringing In Ears?

hello, i have a few symptoms that are of concern to me. recently i was diagnosed with acid reflux disease when i visited the emergency room for having a pain in my chest. since then ive been taking pantoprazole and switched to an 80/20 alkaline to acidic ratio diet. my chest pains have subsided but i still have some lingering symptoms and some new ones that i am trying to understand. i have a slightly difficult time swallowing, almost as if i have to slightly force down my saliva. i also have an intermittent ringing in my ears and have been feeling faint the past couple of days. if i stand a stretch i have to sit immediately to prevent from blacking out. please advise
