What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing And Breathing?

Hi, im 20 years old, male. Recently i find it hard to swollow in general and struggle to breathe. Ive been awake all night panicking about my breathing. Ive been breathing in and out from the window and drinking alot of water but still not going away. Also i looked in the mirror and my left pupil seems bigger than my right. Im really scared of my health please could you help me?
