What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing Post Removal Of Salivary Gland?

hello, I have a question as I had a salivary gland removed and while I was under the Dr did a muscle biopsy cutting my submental crease and into my tongue muscles. I now can't move my tongue except the tip of it.It doesn't even stick out my mouth, I now have speech and swallow difficulty and have also been to dentist as I need to have dental work but nobody can get x rays of my left side because my tongue is so heavy and not enough room..I am in extreem pain all the time and don't know how I could get my teeth fixed and x rays of the left side? I only can bit with my right teeth and now my upper teeth broke,..what do I do?
