What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing,breathlessness And Chest Congestion?

I have trouble swallowing + feel full after eating just allitle bit of food. No pain; just feel full and can t breathe. I have phelm from the flu still. the flu was a long time ago, but I still have the phelm. The cough is gone. Can you tell me what is going on? Thank you. Carol
