What Causes Difficulty In Urination And Constipation?

Hey, I have a scratch on my anal area or right on the inside of it. It was really hurting for a few days (3 or 4). I could still urinate and booboo but of course it was hurting my anal to have to push to urinate or and of course hurting to booboo. Now that I am no longer hurting, I cant urinate or booboo regularly, I feel at times that I have to but when I try to nothing happens. When I try to urinate it takes me longer than usual to do so and sometimes nothing comes out at that time I have to wait to try again later. Im wanting to know wat is going on and how can I get it fixed fast.
