What Causes Difficulty In Urination, Pain During Intercourse And Menstruation?

Hi, I seem to have a long list of symptoms which my GP seems to think is just me being a hypochondriac and won't look in to. Was hoping to maybe get some advice.

I am female
Condoms

Female sexual dysfunction
, age 27. I suffer from chronic constipation, difficulty urinating, painful
Painful menstrual periods
penetration during intercourse
Causes of painful intercourse
Sexual intercourse - painful
, a feeling like the muscles of my pelvic
Kegel exercises
Pelvic adhesions
Pelvic inflammatory disease (pid)
Pelvic laparoscopy
Prostatitis - nonbacterial
Uterine prolapse
floor won't relax, abdominal cramps, dizziness, nausea, vertigo
Benign positional vertigo
Vertigo-associated disorders
Dizziness
Vertigo
, blurred
Vision problems
vision, visual distortions, visual hallucinations, very mild audio hallucinations (like someone knocking at the door or someone calling my name but there is know one there), smelling things that aren't there (like gas, lavender, stale tobacco), tinnitus and temporary hearing loss, a strange electric shock like sensation starting in my head and going through my whole body, pins and needles in my hands, arms and feet, general aches and pains and fatigue, pain in my neck and shoulders like I am have having a tattoo done, headache and pain behind my eyes made worse with movement and light and most recently I have had a change in sensation in my thigh, like cling film has been wrapped around it.

I also suffer from what my GP things is emotionally unstable personality disorder so I have rapid changes in mood, depressive feelings and unpredictable and impulsive thoughts and actions.

I have also been diagnosed with dyslexia.

I am taking antidepressants but have been having the symptoms long before I started them. The symptoms started when I was a teenager and I only started on the ADs in my early 20s.

I'm sorry this has been such a long list. I am really hoping someone might recognise this combination of symptoms and even if it turns out that they are just in my head then at least I will have something to go from.
