What Causes Difficulty In Urination?

I am having trouble using the bathroom. It feels as if I have to pee I sit down and I pee but feels like something is in the way. My stream is not the proper flow as normal. Sometimes it still feels like I have to pee. It does not burn when I pee this hahas been going on for a little over 2 weeks now. I have taken antibiotics incase of a uti. I constantly drink waterm aswell. What's wrong with me or what do you think it possibly could be?? Oh I would like to add tht I constantly have struggled with utis I get them twice a month if I'm lucky but this is a little different this time.
