What Causes Difficulty In Walking In Person With Parkinson S Disease?

myself mother of daughters age 48 ,has been diagonised as PD patient just becoz had some discomfort in my left hand and tremor ,that was in 2002,but overall still i have tremor only when am disturbed,today am on syncapone 50, 4 times a day, selgin 2wice, pramipex 1mg 4, but now my major problem is i bend towards right side to an angle of almost 50 degrees and am unable to walk unless i take syncapone.....am extremely depressed
