What Causes Difficulty In Walking While On Lupron Shot?

i have been getting lupron shots every 3 months for about 2 years after prostate removal about 7 years ago. about 2weeks ago all of a sudden i had a pain at the back of my left knee. since then i have had dificulty walking without pain, also my legs seem to have a lot of fluid.
