What Causes Difficulty Speaking While Having Dot On Brain?

hi there my grandmother has become ill for the past year wilth high suger and blood levels. recently she wasent feeling well and led her to not be able to talk and speech is not good but all the other parts of her body are in full working order like arms and legs. she was told she has a small dot on her brain when she had an mri scan. I wanted to know if this is related to anything and what It might be. thanks
