What Causes Difficulty Urination And Stomach Discomfort?

hello I have cfs and am on antidepressants! And decided I'd have one big night of the year nye but have had lasting affects where my food doesn't seem to be going down stomach cramp and feeling sick 2 days on and not finding easy to go to toilet what should I do ?
