What Causes Discharge And Abdominal Pain ?

hello,im 37 years with four kids, i have montlhy discharge which takes 3-4 days, it started in 2006. I did pap smear, tested for std`s and hiv, there is nothing. what could be wrong with me, it worries me because it gives me abdominal pains and i will be so wet as if i been making love
