What Causes Discharge During Urination After Applying Vaginal Cream?

im pregnant and recently my OB prescribed a vaginal cream to treat a yeast infection. I started the treatment last night and all day since this morning when i pee, i get this discharge that looks sorta like blood. is this normal, or is it something that i should worry about?
