What Causes Discharge From Nipples Post Tubal Ligation?

I have my tubes tied but i have clear stuff coming out of my napples. And how can my tubes come undone pls let me know . Where can i go to get my tubes utied. Could i be pg couls i am haveing clear white stuff comeing out of my napples my name is krystle
