What Causes Discharge From Nipples Which Hardens Into Flake?

hi. i am a 14 year old and my nipples have darkened. there is some flaking too. when i peel some off, it seems attached to the skin it touches. i also notice some liquid that i think hardens into the flakes that i see. is this normal and what's happening to me?
