What Causes Discharge From Penis During Erection?

I have a discharge from my penis when I get aroused with my girl friend. Sometimes it's just a little and other times it enough to leave a wet spot on my pants. I'm sixty years old and never experienced this until about five months ago. Seems it started about the same time my doctor put me on the little blue pill to help my erection.
