What Causes Discharge From Penis Of 6 Year Old?

Other than infection, is there any way normal penis discharge can happen with 6 year old boys. (Like a wet dream- I know there is no sperm, but don t young boys have orgasms?) my son keeps saying he peed a little) and his underwear are often wet by the tip of his penis, but it is definitely not urine. He is totally healthy, no swelling or redness, no smegma. Been going on for a year or so. He does touch himself a lot.
