What Causes Discharge From Penis, Swollen Lymph Nodes And Fatigue?

My son is having discharge from his penis, the doctor done cultures, blood work and everything has come back negative. Jacob has some swollen lymphnodes, and has been staying really tired. He is a former cancer patient but has been in remission for 11 years. Can you please give me an idea of what might be going on with him?
