What Causes Discharge In Urine, Pain During Sex And Itching In Vagina?

hi, my wife having white some thick discharge from her urinary, she is also feeling pain at the start of intercourse and feeling itching in vulva and around the vagina. now she is also having back lower and back upper pain, may i know why is this happening?
