What Causes Discharge Of Blood And Itchy Vagina?

DEAR DOCTOR,I am 13 years old and I have had a problem for a while. I wear panty liners because of the vaginal discharge. I have vaginal thrush and I have seen a surgery doctor ¾ times. They have given me Dakota cream. But that did not work . (two times). So I have been again and then they gave me Canesten Thrush Cream 20g and a tablet 180g.The tablet worked for 5 days but the problem came back. When I am on my periods it itches so much I just don’t know what to do. As my periods were slowing down. I just had to put some of that cream on because I couldn’t handle the itching. I went to excrete in the toilet but my vagina started to burn. (This didn’t usually happen) but as my periods are stopping. I wear pant liners. But then I found out that I got red stains on my pant liner. I think my vaginal discharge has turned into blood and this was my 6th day it started. And it happned the day after. Can you please tell me what is happening to me and what to do to stop this problem from getting word because I am really scared.Thank you.
