What Causes Discharge Of Blood From Breast?

My wife has blood discharge out of her right breast there is no pain and the blood look watery and it only leaks when she give it a little squeeze all lies on it and it just dip out after squeezing she had breast implant about 10years ago and we have two kids the young s is 14 and she breast feed the two kids she work as a pick and pack so she move here arms around a lot but its not heavy work she will be seen the doctor tonight but just need a little head up
