What Causes Discharge Of Blood Through Anus During Bowel Movements?

Sir, my self 45 yrs old women and I have three children. Since my third delivery almost 22 yrs back , I have been noticing at the time of bowl movement, blood passing through anus without pain before and some times after. I have taken homeopathic medicines but there is no improvement. I do request you to kindly suggest me medicine so that i can get relief from bleeding almost every day.
